How Spotlight 360 uses your data
When you apply, we collect your name, contact details, education, profile links, resume, photo and audio or video recordings.
We use this information to assess you for the opportunity you applied for and similar opportunities. With your consent, we share your profile, resume and recordings with our clients and partner companies for hiring. We never sell your data.
Your files are stored securely and only our team can access them. We keep your data for up to 12 months after your last application, then delete it.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to info.rwm@gmail.com. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We accept applications only from people aged 18 or above.
